At our guests' disposal a wonderful Tuscan-style villa with warm earthy colors and its terracotta details with large spaces for eating and resting outdoors, with attention to the smallest details which makes it a unique and exclusive location. Excellent point of support for those who want to get around the island, you will be comfortable to reach all the slopes of Capoliveri (towards Capo Perla and Straccoligno, or Lido di Capoliveri, Morcone and Innamorata) or that of Porto Azzurro from Pianotta to Barbarossa and Reale . The strong point of this property, in addition to its open spaces designed with charm that will allow you a holiday in absolute peace and tranquility, is its central location a stone's throw from the center of Capoliveri, one of the most visited towns on the island thanks to the typicality of its narrow streets, its shops and its historic charm rooms, which with its hilly position offers unforgettable views surrounded by colorful Mediterranean vegetation.

The villa 200 mq2 (max 6 adults + 2 children) is completely independent, the property is accessed from a large patio equipped for eating and relaxing, with attention to the smallest details. On the ground floor there is a large living room with relaxation corner and large 70 '' television and fireplace, large equipped kitchen and dining room, bathroom with walk in shower. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with access to the outdoor area and a small room with a double sofa bed on the ground floor; upstairs two bedrooms, one with access to the terrace overlooking the wonderful valley of Capoliveri, second bathroom with shower. Upstairs 3rd bathroom with shower.

Important information:
- groups of guys under the age of 25 are not allowed
- the rental must be for 6/8 beds (Maximum for 6 adults + 2 children aged 12 or under)
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning (on request)
- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros to be paid by credit card, in the event that the payment is made in cash, the deposit cannot be returned before 3.00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 16.00 to 19.00; for check-in after 20.30 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- check-out: before 9.00
- The brick barbecue cannot be used, we will provide guests with a portable camping grill
