Immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and surrounded by the silence of the hills, Casa Pavel is an independent villa for six people, designed for those who wish to rediscover the slow rhythms and sweetness of island life. From here, it takes just a short walk to reach Lido Beach (650 meters) or the charming Felciaio cove (750 meters). A brief drive leads to the crystal-clear waters of Calanchiole (2 km) and, a little further on, to the bays of Zuccale and Barabarca (4.5 km), two of the island’s most beloved gems. The nearby villages of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, with their lively squares and alleys, preserve the authentic soul of Elba and can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

The private entrance, closed by a gate, leads to a small world suspended between sky and sea, where the scent of rosemary accompanies every step and the sea breeze mingles with the song of cicadas.

Inside, the spaces — simple yet carefully designed — welcome guests with warmth and functionality:
a large living room with dining area and lounge, a separate and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave), and three bedrooms: one cozy double, one bright twin, and a third with bunk beds, perfect for children or teenagers. The bathroom, functional and well-organized, includes a shower and all essential comforts.

Outside, the panoramic terrace invites you to enjoy every moment of the day: breakfast in the clear morning light, lunch among the scents of the garden, and summer evenings under a starry sky.
A barbecue for outdoor dinners and a private parking space complete the experience — for an authentic, unhurried holiday, where every detail reflects the peace and beauty of Elba Island.

• Groups of young people under 23 years of age are not allowed
• Check-in at our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 is required
• Pets are not allowed
• Security deposit (mandatory): €250.00.
• Bed linen and towels: is not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.Double set (also for single use): €40 Single set: €20. The set includes both sheets and towels.
• The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay. Payment can be made in cash, will be refunded at the time of departure if after 3:00 pm (time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer. Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
