On the Lacona hill, villa with large outdoor spaces & garden, completely restored, fenced and closed by two gates. A place where man and nature meet, characterized by a unique landscape context, Lacona with its 1200 meters of fine sandy beach, is the only one in the Tuscan Archipelago that has retained some dune areas. An important tourist resort on the island, thanks also to its position adjacent to Portoferraio, it allows you to go around the various sides of the island.

Very comfortable villa of 150 sqm2 on two floors, upper floor and annex on the ground floor, consisting of 4 bedrooms (3 with washbasin in the room) and 3 bathrooms (one service).
Two kitchens are available to guests, one upstairs and one downstairs, while upstairs there is a large living room with a large extendable table, fireplace, bookcase and armchairs. The property includes the laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine, parking spaces, large garden, and two terraces equipped for dining that enjoy two different sun exposures (one to the south and one to the west).

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 25 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Pets are allowed for a cleaning surcharge of €30.00 (maximum 1 pet)
- as in all our properties it is forbidden to smoke inside
- deposit (mandatory): 400 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
