Prestigious villa, a few tens of meters above the sea shore, furnished and equipped with great refinement and functionality and from which you can enjoy enchanting and unforgettable sunsets over the Stella Gulf, Pianosa Island and Corsica. It has a private staircase for direct access to the beach. We are a short walk from Pareti beach, in the municipality of Capoliveri, on the southern coast of the island. It is structured on two levels, consisting of two totally independent housing units, both as buildings and related gardens, with only the main external entrance in common. A cove that represents a small natural paradise, between the beach of Morcone and that of Innamorata, characterized by a turquoise sea and a beach of 200 meters made up of golden sand mixed with fine gravel and a gently sloping seabed.

Sea view villa on two levels + annexe - 10 beds
The total maximum receptivity of the villa is 10 people, of which 4 sleeps in comfortable sofa beds, with 4 bathrooms in total, a fully equipped kitchen for each level plus an external cooking on the upper level, two external showers (both hot water- cold), two levels of garden with maritime pines, an additional relaxation area in the pine forest 10 meters from the upper garden, and several outdoor areas furnished with tables with seats, or deck chairs / sun loungers.

Upper level + annexe: it features a patio facing the sea with an equipped outdoor bar counter overlooking the sunsets, a long and deep sea-side balcony with a breakfast-lunch table, a comfortable cool and convivial pergola area at the back with a table for 6-8 seats adjacent to both the internal kitchen and external cooking area, large external stone shower, on the front side, sea view. The apartment, of about 100 square meters in total, has a maximum receptivity of 6 people, and consists of a main building and an adjoining annex. The main body consists of a large, very bright triple living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking both the balcony and the front patio, both with sea view, kitchen overlooking the outdoor pergola area, two double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, two more beds in a comfortable single or double sofa bed. The adjoining annex also allows you to have a separate area for laundry and ironing, and an additional fridge. Both the sleeping area of ​​the villa and the annex are equipped with air conditioning / inverter and heating system.

Lower level: it has its own very large garden (about 200 sqm) overlooking the sea, with maritime pines and palm trees, and outdoor shower with hot-cold water. The accommodation, of about 40 square meters, has a receptivity for up to 4 people, consists, in addition to the bathroom with shower, of three rooms, communicating with each other: two bedrooms (one double and one with single sofa bed + 1 pull-out) with air conditioning / inverter and a dining room with open kitchen . The unit has a very unique and extremely enjoyable structure: all three main rooms have a large full wall access (French windows over 2 meters wide) each directly onto the garden.

Important Information:
- minimum age to check-in 25 years (for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 25.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
