The house offers two comfortable double bedrooms, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and double sink, a second bathroom with walk-in shower and a convenient laundry room. The open space kitchen and a beautiful living room with large windows overlooking the sea will leave you speechless. In addition to the swimming pool, guests of Villa Sunset  will be able to take advantage of a reserved parking space, a comfortable outdoor shower and a large equipped outdoor area perfect for fully enjoying the wonderful sunsets that our island offers.

Important Notes:
- attention, groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted
- small/medium-sized pets allowed with a cleaning fee of €30, on request
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
