We are in the heart of the Costa del Sole, in Pomonte, a small fishing village on the coast. It is a famous and sought-after location because it guarantees tranquility, a crystal clear sea, and numerous services within easy reach.
The location is close to the renowned Fetovaia and Cavoli, and it is here that it is possible to do various water activities, such as snorkeling visiting the fascinating wreck of the Elviscot, the cargo ship sunk in 1972 and beached today on the seabed a few meters from the beach of Pomonte.

The apartment is on two floors, entering you access a bright living area with a side kitchen and living area with sofa and TV. You will also find a modern bathroom with shower. Going up a comfortable wooden staircase you access the sleeping area consisting of a double bed.

Comfortable and modern, the apartment has been recently renovated; very well finished with a private covered parking space in high season. Externally it offers an outdoor shower and a space to hang out clothes.
