The villa doesn't need big compliments. It is a unique structure of its kind, exclusive, which can only guarantee a holiday of relaxation, comfort and pleasures of body and mind in general.
We are in a hilly position, inside a park immersed in the silence and colors of the Mediterranean maquis, on the Gulf of Procchio. Less than 1 km from Redinoce beach, a quiet cove equipped with a beach club and bar. Within a radius of 5 km there are many beaches and coves that can be visited (La Paolina, Procchio, Campo all'Aia, Spartaia, Fenicia and Fenicetta), all characterized by a crystal clear sea with Caribbean colors and unspoiled nature.

There are 7 comfortable beds in this villa, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The property is accessed from a private entrance closed by a gate. It is composed of a large bright living room with sea view and pool view windows, a small kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, large covered veranda with sea view; sleeping area with bathroom with shower (without box), double bedroom, another double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, bedroom with single bed and double bed in the mezzanine with private bathroom with shower, plus relaxation area.
Outside there is a large dehors overlooking the swimming pool, the garden and with a splendid view of the gulf, perfect for outdoor dinners and lunches.

For the respect of the house and the nature that surrounds it, we have an internal regulation that provides for the following requests:
- groups of guys under the age of 28 are not admitted
- heating and fireplace are not usable, for the low season it is possible to use the air conditioning
- the outdoor kitchen and the dryer will not be usable
- barbeque not usable and it is forbidden to light fires of any kind in the garden
- prohibition of parking in the garden, you must use the special parking spaces outside the gate
- forbidden as in all our properties, to smoke inside them

Important Notes:
- check-in from 17.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded within 48 hours of the end of the stay by credit card; if it is paid in cash it can be returned on the day of check-out after 3.00 pm
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
