We offer our guests an elegant designer apartment, carefully detailed and featuring refined furnishings with light, neutral tones that create a sophisticated and fully relaxing atmosphere.

The living room, with its large panoramic windows, offers breathtaking views over the Gulf of Mola, the Naregno promontory, and Forte Focardo.

L’accesso all’alloggio avviene tramite una scala che conduce direttamente alla terrazza. Il nostro appartamento si trova sul lato sinistro, mentre sulla destra si trova un altro appartamento. La terrazza è molto grande ed è suddivisa da fioriere, alte circa all’altezza dei fianchi, che separano le aree assegnate all’uso esclusivo di ciascun appartamento.

Access to the accommodation is via a staircase that leads directly onto the terrace. Our apartment is located on the left-hand side, while another apartment is situated on the right-hand side. The terrace is very spacious and is divided by large planters, approximately waist-high, which separate the areas assigned exclusively to each apartment for private use.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building on Lungomare Alcide De Gasperi 14, directly above the small beach of Porto Azzurro (about 30/40 steps, no elevator). The name of the apartment reflects its exclusive location, just a few steps from La Pianotta beach and the Porto Azzurro seafront, ideal for enjoying both the sea and the town on foot.

One-bedroom seafront apartment for 2 guests, consisting of a double bedroom with wardrobe, ceiling fan, and a large window with direct access to the spacious sea-view terrace. The bathroom is large and equipped with a shower cabin and ventilation system. A corridor illuminated by LED lights leads to the open-plan living area with a newly renovated kitchen, double sofa bed, and a large French window opening onto the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, the beach, and the Gulf of Mola and Naregno.

The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, and freezer. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi, Smart TV, ceiling fans in both bedroom and living room, and mosquito nets in the bedroom.

Couples under 25 years old are not accepted
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; a €50 surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM
Small/medium-sized pets allowed with a €30 extra cleaning fee
Security deposit (mandatory): €200; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, refund not before 3:00 PM)
Bed and bath linen: €40 per double set, also for single use – not bookable on site
