We offer our customers an Independent Villa, with typical furnishings of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those seeking a relaxing and peaceful holiday, with large equipped outdoor spaces, it is the right place for a full immersion in nature.
We are near Porto Azzurro, near Reale beach, a wonderful cove of black sand located in a unique natural context. Its position means that there is always a particular sparkle, accompanied by a clear and fresh sea, especially with the mistral wind, and by dense Mediterranean vegetation. We remind you that despite being the ideal place for nature lovers, the municipality has equipped the beach with its own umbrellas and deck chairs, for a fee. On the left side of the beach there is a free and large dirt parking lot. The beach is connected to the town center with the Marebus service of the municipality. Less than 1 km also one of the most suggestive beaches of the island, the Terranera lake, a mirror of emerald water, in contrast with the cobalt blue of the sea and sky. The beautiful bay of Barbarossa is also just over 1 km away.

Villa 7/8 Beds (Maximum for 7 adults + child under 12 years)
The Villa is spread over two floors and offers well-kept and charming rooms, which have maintained the charm of the rustic style, with exposed beams and references to the colors of the earth, typical of the Tuscan style. On the entrance floor you will find a large living room with sofa beds, a dining room, a large marble kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. Also on this floor you will find the master double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower, a space to live in and where to take refuge and take care of yourself.
At the top of the staircase, passing a mezzanine where there is a small bookcase and a piano, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double with a desk and one single, as well as a second bathroom with shower. The villa is free on 4 sides, completely independent, surrounded by a large garden and an equipped terraced outdoor area. Small external technical room where the washing machine is present.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 25 are not admitted
- rental for a maximum of 7 adults, and possibly an 8th child
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small/medium-sized pets are allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- as in all our properties smoking is prohibited inside them
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
