We offer our guests a beautiful design villa a 10-minute walk from Reale beach, where they can enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation thanks to its large, equipped outdoor spaces. The villa offers a barbecue area, a porch with table and chairs, a relaxation area in the garden, a ping-pong table and much more thanks to its multiple services and refined furnishings.
Porto Azzurro does not need much publicity, it is one of the most touristic centers of the island; while the Reale beach is a beautiful sandy cove located in a unique natural context as it is located between two mining sites. Its location always gives it a special sparkle, accompanied by a clear and fresh sea, especially with the mistral wind, and dense Mediterranean vegetation. The beach offers its customers parasol and sun lounger rental for a fee. The other two famous beaches of Porto Azzurro, Terranera and Barbarossa are also 1.5 km away.

The villa is on two floors, on the entrance level there is a living room with kitchen equipped with table and chairs for dining, a single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
You go down to the basement where there is the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms arranged as follows: double bedroom; two bedrooms with bunk beds and one bedroom with double sofa bed. A second bathroom with shower is at guests' disposal.

Important Notes:
- Groups of young people under the age of 25 are not allowed
- Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; Check-in after 8 p.m. has a supplement of €50.00
- Animals are not allowed
- As in all our objects, it is forbidden to smoke inside
- Deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on site
