Semi-detached villa for 4 people immersed in the nature of the Tuscan Archipelago near Barbarossa

Property surrounded by greenery consisting of an independent villa and a semi-detached house. We are 1 km from the beach of Barbarossa, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub of the Tuscan Archipelago park, the ideal destination for lovers of nature, trekking and relaxation. Porto Azzurro is one of the most touristic and beloved villages of the island, with its sailor village rich in clubs, events and panoramic views, it satisfies everyone. From the property you can reach the town center in 1 km and the two beaches that surround it: "la Rossa" and that of "Pianotta"; without forgetting the Reale beach and the Terranera lake about 2 km away.

Apartment with living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The property includes an equipped outdoor area and a walk-in closet.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.00 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 19.30 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets not allowed (6/9 beds are allowed in the villa in the same property)
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euro.

Bed linen and towel
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, which will be returned at the time of departure if departure is after 3:00 pm (to allow time for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
