La Tenuta is a fantastic location immersed in the countryside of the island of Elba, a two-family house where everyone enjoys a private entrance on two different sides, an environment suitable for those looking for a holiday in contact with nature, listening to its noises and getting lost in its colours. Choosing this property even for just a few days means finding time for yourself and the desire to know and discover all the wonders that our area has to offer. Being in the heart of the island allows you to be comfortable and central for visiting various sides of the island. In a few minutes by car you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as those of Barabarca (3.5 km), Felciaio (1.5 km) and Norsi (2.5 km). The equipped beach of Lido Capoliveri can be reached on foot (950 m).

This semi-detached villa consists of two adjacent apartments, each with two private furnished verandas for exclusive use on two different sides, but a shared garden and parking area. Upon entering the property, you'll find the Villino, while continuing to the end of the villa is the Loft.

Recently tastefully renovated, it will ensure a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

Villino Sleeps 2/4
Internally, the house is spread over one level (please note there are three steps to access the apartment), with a total area of ​​50 square meters, plus outdoor areas. A seamless connection between the interior and exterior was achieved through windows overlooking the garden and surrounding nature, and natural materials such as wood and exposed stone were chosen. The spacious living room features a double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. A comfortable double bedroom is also included. Bathroom with a raised shower stall and bidet. The veranda is the property's highlight, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors while sheltered from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.

Loft with mezzanine sleeping 2/4 (maximum 3 adults and one child)
The loft's location is more intimate, boasting a spacious porch and a corner garden with a drying area. A seamless connection between the interior and exterior was achieved through windows overlooking the garden and surrounding nature, and natural materials such as wood and exposed stone were chosen. The living room features a double sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, oven and microwave, and large refrigerator with freezer. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet, and window. Guests have access to a mezzanine level with a fairly steep wooden staircase, where a French-sized mattress is located on the floor.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 23 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 10.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros.

Bed linen and towels
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash and will be refunded at departure if after 3:00 p.m. (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
