Very popular location for those seeking tranquility, breathtaking views and by hikers, do not miss the path to reach the Fortress that dominates this gulf, the oldest on the island, which rises as if by magic on a promontory from a height of 395 meters above sea level. sea ​​level. You will be comfortable to reach the entire eastern side of the coast that shines, with the inlets that reach from Rio to Cavo, both that of Capoliveri with its small coves and its sandy beaches, or the suggestive beaches of Porto Azzurro, finding yourself at half between these and Rio Elba and Rio Marina. Within 6 km you can reach several beaches, including Barbarossa, Terranera, Ortano and several pristine coves. Within a radius of 10 km there are also several beaches on the Capoliveri side, such as Lido, Norsi or the inlets of Bagnaia, Ottonella, Magazzini.

Arranged all on one floor and free on 4 sides, it consists of a large living room with dining table, fireplace, sofas and armchairs; bright and airy thanks to the two windows and the French window. Separate kitchen with second dining table. The sleeping area consists of a first double bedroom with armchair, a small bathroom outside the rooms with bidet, toilet and sink; a bedroom with two joinable single beds; a second large bathroom with tub; the master double bedroom.

Important Notes:
- the house is advertised with two bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom, as the shower is not functional
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys - family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size allowed on request, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
