The property is located within the private residential area of ​​“Capo d'Arco”, which extends for more than 100 hectares and is located in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in the municipality of Rio on the Island of Elba. Access is reserved exclusively for members and their guests and is regulated by a private security service. The quarter is divided into around 200 residential units, including villas, terraced houses and apartments. Services available to guests include bathing equipment, salt and fresh water pools, tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, bars and restaurants, mini markets. There are also several nature trails both within the district and in the surrounding area that can be covered on foot, by bike or motorbike.

The house is independent, with a very large private garden and terraces, sea view terraces, outdoor lounge and tables. Internally the apartment is on 2 levels. On the first level there is a large living room with sea views, a large eat-in kitchen with a long table, hallway and day bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and a small terrace with sea views. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning after a recent renovation. We recommend the structure for families. For groups of adults of more than 6 people, the room layout does not guarantee comfort and privacy.

Important information:
- Minimum check-in age is 25 years (for groups of guys, family welcome)
- Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; Check-in after 8 p.m. has a supplement of €50.00
- Pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.00 to be paid locally to the property
- Smoking is prohibited in all our facilities
- Deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3 p.m.)
- Change Bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on site
