groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed
check-in at our Marina di Campo office from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; for check-in after 8:00 PM, an extra fee of €50.00 applies
security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM)
bed and bathroom linen: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
if the outdoor BBQ is used, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly relations), otherwise €50 will be withheld from the security deposit
