Set in a panoramic position, the apartment offers stunning views of the gulf and the hilltop village of Capoliveri. Nestled in the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis, it provides an intimate and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for recharging away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a few minutes’ drive from the lively towns of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro.

A short walk leads to a secluded bay with a small beach of sand and pebbles, still off the beaten tourist path – a perfect spot for a peaceful stroll by the sea. The well-known beaches of Lido di Capoliveri and the wild Calanchiole are also just a short drive away, offering a variety of coastal experiences.

The apartment is a 55–60 sqm one-bedroom unit located entirely on the ground floor. It features a private garden equipped for outdoor dining, partially shaded for comfort. Inside, the living area includes a built-in kitchenette with gas burners and a double sofa bed. The bedroom is furnished with a French bed, and the bathroom includes a shower and bidet.

Suitable for 2–4 guests. A peaceful retreat with a view, surrounded by Mediterranean scents and sea air.

- pets are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
