We present a small complex consisting of six housing units completely renovated in 2025 (three two-bedroom apartments and three one-bedroom apartments), in a privileged location: surrounded by peace and quiet yet only 700 meters from the historic center of Capoliveri, just outside the pedestrian zone. The perfect place to enjoy tranquility without giving up convenience. Just a short walk away, you can explore the village alleys, browse artisan shops, and soak in the authentic atmosphere of this Tuscan gem.

The nearest beaches are easily reachable: Naregno is only 1.8 km away, Zuccale and Barabarca about 2.8 km, and Morcone and Lido di Capoliveri about 4 km. The Innamorata beach is 5 km away.

Important Notes:

• Groups of young people under 21 are not allowed
• Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; check-out by 9:00 a.m.
• Late check-in (after 8:00 p.m.): €50 surcharge
• Pets not allowed
• Security deposit (mandatory): €200. Refunded at check-out after inspection (if paid in cash, refund not before 3:00 p.m.)
• Bed linen and towels: €20 per person (to be booked in advance, not on site)
