In the heart of Elba Island, Capoliveri rises atop a scenic promontory, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Porto Azzurro and the Gulf of Stella. The surrounding landscape strikes a perfect balance between nature and tradition: rolling hills, ancient terraced vineyards, and a rugged coastline dotted with hidden coves and charming beaches such as Morcone, Madonna delle Grazie, Naregno, Innamorata, and the beautiful Lido di Capoliveri.

We offer a complex of three apartments located in an ideal position—right in the center of Capoliveri, yet just outside the pedestrian zone. A convenient and peaceful setting, just steps away from the picturesque medieval village, with its narrow streets, artisan shops, and authentic atmosphere that captivates every visitor.

Le Miniere One-Bedroom Apartment 2/4 Beds – No. 1
This is the last of the three apartments and features a bright living room with sea views in the background and a kitchen equipped with an oven and gas stove. It includes air conditioning and two single beds. The double bedroom is equipped with a small TV. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.
A private parking space is included within the property.

Le Miniere One-Bedroom Apartment 2/4 Beds – No. 2
Located in the middle of the three apartments, this unit offers a bright living room with sea views, a kitchen equipped with an oven and gas stove, air conditioning, and two single beds, along with a small TV. The bedroom is double. The bathroom includes a shower and bidet.

There is no reserved parking space, but a large free public parking lot is available about 100 meters away.

Le Miniere One-Bedroom Apartment 2/4 Beds – No. 3
The first of the three apartments features a bright living room with a kitchen equipped with an oven and gas stove, air conditioning, a single bed plus a pull-out single bed, and a small TV. The bedroom is double. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.

There is no private parking space, but a large free public parking lot is available about 100 meters away.

Important Notes:
-Groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed.
- Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM; check-out by 9:00 AM. A €50 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee payable on site.
- A mandatory deposit of €150 is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed and bath linen are available upon request at the time of booking for €20 per person; not bookable on site.
