We offer a complex of three apartments located in an ideal position—right in the center of Capoliveri, yet just outside the pedestrian zone. A convenient and peaceful setting, just steps away from the picturesque medieval village, with its narrow streets, artisan shops, and authentic atmosphere that captivates every visitor.

This is the last of the three apartments and features a bright living room with sea views in the background and a kitchen equipped with an oven and gas stove. It includes air conditioning and two single beds. The double bedroom is equipped with a small TV. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.
A private parking space is included within the property.

Located in the middle of the three apartments, this unit offers a bright living room with sea views, a kitchen equipped with an oven and gas stove, air conditioning, and two single beds, along with a small TV. The bedroom is double. The bathroom includes a shower and bidet.

There is no reserved parking space, but a large free public parking lot is available about 100 meters away.

The first of the three apartments features a bright living room with a kitchen equipped with an oven and gas stove, air conditioning, a single bed plus a pull-out single bed, and a small TV. The bedroom is double. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.

There is no private parking space, but a large free public parking lot is available about 100 meters away.

Important Notes:
-Groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed.
- Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM; check-out by 9:00 AM. A €50 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee payable on site.
- A mandatory deposit of €150 is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed and bath linen are available upon request at the time of booking for €20 per person; not bookable on site.
