This stunning complex of three apartments, accommodating up to 13 guests, is nestled in the lush Mediterranean vegetation of the Capoliveri coast, halfway between Morcone and Peducelli. It boasts spacious outdoor spaces, both shared and private, with sea views.  

Property consisting of 3 units — a villa, a one-bedroom apartment, and a studio — located in Capoliveri, near Peducelli Beach, a small cove of about 100 meters with pebbles mixed with sand and smooth cliffs perfect for sunbathing. Despite its beauty, the beach is not crowded, allowing visitors to enjoy rare peace and quiet (it can only be reached on foot via a medium-difficulty path and is not signposted from the main road). The surrounding hills, covered with lush vegetation, complete this idyllic landscape, offering scenic walks and immersion in nature.

Peducelli is the perfect place for those who love the sea and tranquility without giving up the wild beauty of the landscape. If you are looking for a peaceful corner away from the busiest tourist destinations, this beach is ideal. You will also be very close to Madonna delle Grazie (800 m) and within about 3 km by car from the famous coves of Capoliveri such as Morcone Beach, Pareti Beach and Innamorata Beach. The town center is about 2 km away and can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The beautiful bay of Morcone can be reached on foot via a panoramic path ending with a staircase (about 100 steps), approximately 350 m away. Unlike the other two beaches mentioned, it is fully equipped with services.

All apartments have private outdoor spaces with sea view. Although part of a small complex overlooking the Gulf, they are surrounded by a lovely shared garden accessible to all guests, with shared amenities such as washing machine, BBQ and outdoor showers. Shaded and reserved parking spaces are available for each apartment.

All apartments have a bathroom with shower cabin, bidet and window.
All apartments are equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator with freezer and microwave (the villa also has a dishwasher).

Important Notes:

• Maximum 6 adults plus one child in the Villa
• Groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed
• Check-in at our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm; check-out by 9:00 am
• Late check-in after 8:00 pm: €50 surcharge
• Pets not allowed (only in the one-bedroom apartment with additional cleaning fee)
• Security deposit (mandatory): €150
• If using the BBQ, it must be left clean after each use; otherwise €50 will be deducted from the deposit

Bed linen is not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought by guests.

Security Deposit
The deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash (refunded at departure if after 3:00 pm, once cleaning is completed), by bank transfer, or by credit card (release times depend on banking procedures).
