Capo di Pini apartments are located in the residential area of the municipality of Capoliveri, more precisely in the lively village of Lacona. Every summer the seaside resort comes alive with its sea-view clubs and restaurants, overlooking the popular golden sandy beach from which it takes its name. One of the beaches with the largest extension on the island, it offers all the services needed to make your beach vacation unforgettable. Its fine sand extends to shallow waters, perfect for those traveling with children. You will find sunbeds and umbrellas, water games, motor boat and windsurfing rentals.
Both apartments have outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying a relaxing and comfortable vacation, in a perfect location on the south coast of the island. Don't miss the sunset with panoramic views from Acquarilli, a cove of sand and black pebbles. A communal barbeque is available in the garden.

Two-room apartment  3/4  beds - Rental for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children 12 years of age or younger 
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the small apartment complex. Access is from the bright living room with kitchenette equipped with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dining table, TV and comfortable single sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of triple room with double bed and single bed and a bathroom with shower. At your disposal two outdoor spaces: small garden at the back of the two-room apartment and a large terrace overlooking the green hills all around; here a table with chairs for eating outside. Always available safe, Wi-fi connection, and a covered parking space. 

Three-room apartment 4/6 beds - Rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults plus 2 children 12 years of age or younger
The apartment is located on the second floor and enjoys a wonderful sea view from the spacious terrace. You enter the large and bright living room with sofa and armchairs, Lcd TV, fireplace, dining table and kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove and electric oven. The sleeping area consists of double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, and second bathroom with shower and washing machine. Covered parking space, Wi-Fi and safe are available.

- from Margidore beach 550 meters; from Lacona beach: 2 km; from Laconella beach 3.5 km; from Norsi beach: 2.5 km

Important Notes
- groups of young people under the age of 21 are not allowed
- check-in at our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50,00 has to be paid
- small/medium sized animals allowed with an extra charge of € 30,00 on cleaning, on request
- as in all our properties is forbidden to smoke inside them
- deposit (mandatory): € 150; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed and bath linens provided by the property: 15.00 euro per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on site
- BBQ must be left clean after its use
