Located in a quiet position just over 1 km from the town centre, an area immersed in the greenery of the village of Capoliveri, which perched on a hillside position, with narrow streets full of shops and small restaurants, still retains the atmosphere of the past . Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an independent house, consisting of two units, within a family context. It boasts large open spaces, modern and functional furnishings, and completely renovated rooms. It is the municipality with the longest coastal stretch on the island, it can boast a central position for all services, offering tourists bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment during the high season.

The closest beaches are less than 2 km away, such as Barabarca, Zuccale, the Caletta degli Stecchi and the large beach of Lido di Capoliveri, very famous for its long sandy shore; less than 3 km Naregno and Madonna delle Grazie, or on the other sides at about 5 km, Straccoligno and Capo Perla, Morcone and Innamorata.

Modern one bed-room apartment all on one floor of about 40 internal square meters, recently renovated with attention to colors, all in shades of cream, it is a simple but romantic environment that creates harmony and well-being. It consists of a double bedroom, living room with comfortable double sofa bed and well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with large shower cubicle. The strong point of this house is its terraced outdoor space, covered by a wooden porch and awnings, which will guarantee you shade even during the hottest hours of the day.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
