We offer our customers a villa and a one bed-room in a wonderful setting with a panoramic view of the sea and the Gulf of Innamorata, located about 800 meters from its legendary beach  

The complex is located in a quiet area, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and immersed in the greenery of Eucalyptus trees, within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park.
From its terraces you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the islands of Corsica, Pianosa and Montecristo. A popular destination for lovers of snorkelling and canoeing, thanks to the small Gemini islands nearby, where clear water and a rich marine fauna reign. They are the ideal starting point for trekking or mountain bike excursions along the numerous paths of the Park, in summer the beach is served by a shuttle bus service to the town centre.

Bilocale 3 beds
Small one bed-room apartment of 36 m2 sleeping 2+1. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette, single bed, bathroom, equipped terrace, garden. Sea view and parking space.

Villino 4 beds
Small cottage of 40 sq m. Living room with matrimonial bed bed, kitchenette, bathroom + bedroom + covered terrace equipped with barbeque and solarium. Sea view and parking space.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- air conditioning for a fee, at 0.30 euro cents per kw (unit)
- check-in to the property from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small and medium-sized pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
