Located on the ground floor of a semi-detached independent villa, this recently renovated apartment blends modern comfort with rustic charm. It offers stylish and welcoming interiors with a total area of about 60 sqm.
The apartment features a lovely veranda furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. Inside, there is a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with large windows that create a harmonious connection between indoors and outdoors, a comfortable double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and bidet.
Guests also have access to a large garden shared with the property owners and a BBQ for their exclusive use.

Important Notes:
- The BBQ must be turned off and cleaned after each use
- minimum age for check-in is 21 (for group of Young People)
- check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed on request with a supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
