Charming cottage for 2/4 people surrounded by greenery and with an amazing sea view

A small but charming independent cottage immersed in the greenery of a cool pine forest and with a beautiful view of the bay of the Gulf of Capoliveri. A historic village able to satisfy different tastes and needs being the perfect combination for those who love the sea, but also excursions and contact with nature.

The house is located in an exclusive location, a very quiet position between Straccoligno and Capo Perla, two very popular locations on the island, which can be reached either by car or via dirt shortcuts for the more sporty.
Casa Violetta is the ideal choice for those who choose to come on holiday with their 4-legged friends and with their family thanks to the large outdoor spaces and its numerous services.

The house has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, the large outdoor spaces are equipped with a table and chairs for eating and an umbrella and sun loungers. The space to park the car is at the entrance to the access stairway (second possibility of access from a pedestrian street).

Important Notes:
- rental for a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (applied to groups of children - family welcome)
- check-in from 16.30 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on the final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
