Cozy detached house located within a private property in the woods, just a 3-minute walk from the charming Spiaggia degli Stecchi.  

The property features a shared garden with three other units, fully fenced, although the individual areas are not separated from each other. Access is via a staircase and two gates. The accommodation still offers its own outdoor spaces, including a small terrace equipped with a parasol and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors, as well as a convenient outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach.

The house is suitable for 2 to 4 guests and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults or a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room and a sofa bed, while the sleeping area consists of a slightly lower-ground bedroom with a small private bathroom and a French door with direct access to the garden.

Spiaggia degli Stecchi is a small, charming cove surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, with clear, crystal waters in intense colors, perfect for those who love a more authentic and peaceful seaside experience. Its location allows you to reach it بسهولة on foot in just a few minutes via a path, making your stay even more pleasant and relaxing.

On the ground floor of the accommodation there are the kitchen, the living room and a comfortable sofa bed in a cozy and functional environment. The sleeping area consists of a slightly lower-ground bedroom with a small bathroom and a French door providing direct access to the garden, where there is also a practical outdoor shower, ideal after returning from the sea.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, fans, mosquito nets, hairdryer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and gas stove with an external cylinder. A De’Longhi pod coffee machine is also available.

A convenient private parking space completes the property.

Important information: the minimum age for check-in is 21 years (for groups of young people). Check-in takes place at our office in Mola from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out is by 9:00 am; a €50.00 surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 pm. Pets of all sizes are allowed with a €30 cleaning supplement. A mandatory security deposit of €200.00 is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the property; if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 pm. Bed linen and towels are not included: double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20, to be requested before arrival.
