Available to our customers apartment located just 500 meters walk from one of the most beautiful beaches of Capoliveri, the Lido. Fine sandy beach both free and equipped. Immersed in the greenery of a large garden with centuries-old pine trees. The 90 m2 apartment on the first and top floor in a period villa (19th century) which is accessed by a staircase for exclusive use. Located a quarter of an hour's drive from the most beautiful locations, Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro. It is 10 minutes from Capoliveri. Eventually you can also use the bus with a stop at 50 meters. It is also the ideal location for nature and quiet lovers, being immersed in the greenery of a large garden with centuries-old pine trees, and being close to various coves that maintain the charm of authentic Elba: 1 km away Le Calanchiole and Felciaio, 2 km Zuccale, 3 km Barabarca.

Totally renovated with terracotta floors and period furniture giving a typically Tuscan atmosphere, it has a hallway, corridor, large living room with adjoining dining room, eat-in kitchen with large table and air conditioner. Two bedrooms, the first is a master bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with small tub, the second is a double bedroom and uses the other bathroom with shower. The salsone accesses a small habitable terrace with roller blind. All windows are equipped with custom-made roller blinds. The property includes a garden of approx. 300 m2 with gazebo, for exclusive use and completely fenced. Private parking space in the common area.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys - Family Welcome)
- the pellet stove can be used when heating is permitted by regional regulations; the pellet is charged to the customers
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
