Spacious and bright studio apartment with splendid sea view on the beach of Naregno and the Tuscan coast, inside a residential complex with swimming pool. It is possible to access the services of the adjacent hotel (bars, restaurants, tennis, wellness centre), the services are subject to payment and upon reservation at the hotel reception. We are close to Naregno beach, one of the longest beaches on the eastern side, a sandy mixed gravel beach that slopes gently, suitable for families with children. It offers all possible services, bars, restaurants, sailing and catamaran school, diving center, Electric MTbike rental, guided excursions. A boat trip to the Costa dei Gabbiani is recommended.

Studio apartment sleeps 2/4 - 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults 
The apartment of approximately 51 m2 including terrace of approximately 16 m2 covered and closed with fully opening windows exposed to the shade from the very early afternoon. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette with 4 ceramic glass plates, foldaway double bed, double sofa bed for children; bathroom with shower. To complete the apartment, manually adjustable awnings external to the terrace for its entire size; very comfortable in the morning when the terrace is exposed to the sun. Communal barbecue to be booked for free in the residence at the concierge, communal swimming pool with fresh water and shallow water in the initial part (also suitable for children who should, as always, be carefully supervised) with relative free but not reserved deckchairs and umbrellas. Inside the Residence you will find a large lift capable of holding trolleys which are available at the reception, very convenient for carrying suitcases or supermarket shopping; there are also 2 other smaller elevators.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- air conditioning for a fee, on request, €7 per day to be paid on site
- the rental must be for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- smoking is not allowed inside the apartment
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
