The area is well-positioned for reaching the island’s main beaches: the large beach of Lacona lies just 1 km away, Laconella and Margidore about 2 km, Acquarilli slightly over 3 km, and the charming beach of Norsi around 4 km. The interiors are simple and welcoming, furnished in traditional style. The living area offers a fireplace, a sofa, an armchair, and a TV. The spacious, bright kitchen includes a dining table and opens onto a small terrace with a beautiful view over the valley.

The property is located on the ground floor of a villa with several units, accessible through a gate. The owner lives on the lower floor and is available when needed throughout your stay.

• security deposit (mandatory): €200, refunded at check-out after inspection (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 p.m.)
• bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested when booking; cannot be booked on-site)
• if the outdoor BBQ is used, it must be cleaned after each use; otherwise €50 will be withheld from the security deposit
