The apartment complex is located in Lacona, in "Capoliveri", one of the main tourist areas of the island. 

The sandy beach is one of the largest on the island and alternates free zones with concession areas that have many services such as: sun loungers and umbrellas, windsurfing, motor boats and rental equipment, nautical sports. Near the beach there are also many bars, restaurants and grocery stores, for all the comforts.

The residence consists of 14 apartments furnished in a comfortable and functional way, equipped with satellite TV, large verandas equipped with tables and chairs for moments of  relax, and a panoramic view of the two gulfs of Lacona or of the green countryside.

The large surrounding park is equipped with children's games and barbecue for all guests.
