At the foot of Capoliveri, we offer the ground floor of a recently renovated two-level villa for rent, just 250 meters from the famous sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri. This lively seaside area, known for its vibrant atmosphere, features several beach clubs and restaurants and is perfect for young people and families seeking a combination of fun and relaxation.

The accommodation, furnished with care and attention to detail, is equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It has spacious outdoor areas finished in neutral travertine tones, including an outdoor shower, barbecue, and sunshade awning to provide shade during the hottest hours, with independent access through a private gate leading to a charming Mediterranean-style garden.

Located on the ground floor of the villa, it accommodates 4/6 guests.

Inside, there is a bright living area with a double sofa bed and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, separated by elegant built-in sliding panels, while the bathroom is complete with a shower cabin and bidet.

Important Information:

The minimum age to stay is 21 years, and the apartment is available for groups of young guests only if all members are at least 21 years old (family welcome). Only small pets (maximum 12 kg) are allowed, with an additional €30 cleaning fee. The mandatory security deposit is €200 and will be refunded within a few days after departure, preferably in cash at check-out after 3:00 PM, or by bank transfer.

Linen is available upon request, with double sets at €40 (also for single use) and single sets at €20, to be requested before arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM, and arrivals after 8:00 PM carry a €50 surcharge.
