We are in a natural setting of extraordinary beauty, just 2.5 km from the center of Capoliveri, 500 meters on foot from the renowned beach of Naregno. The shared swimming pool is available for free to our guests. It is possible to access the services of the adjacent hotel (bars, restaurants, tennis court, wellness center, two further swimming pools), the services are subject to charges.

The swimming pool opening for the 2024 season is set from 10/05 to 01/10 (weather permitting it will open earlier).

Bbq condominium to be booked free of charge in the residence at the concierge, condominium swimming pool with fresh water and shallow water in the initial part (also suitable for children who are as always carefully supervised) with relative free but not reserved deckchairs and umbrellas. Inside the Residence you will find a large lift capable of containing trolleys which are available in the concierge very convenient for carrying suitcases or shopping from the supermarket; there are also 2 other smaller lifts.

Studio Verde / Blu 626 - 2/4 beds (max 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children) The apartment is located on the first floor and measures approximately 43 sq. m., it is made up of a living room with kitchenette, foldaway double bed and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower. To complete the apartment you will find a solarium with windows and splendid sea view. This apartment offers free Wifi service and air conditioning.

The apartment is located on the first floor and measures approximately 50 sq. m., it is made up of a living room with kitchenette, foldaway double bed and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower. To complete the apartment terrace / solarium with windows and splendid sea view. The rent includes the Residence card 2023, free entry to the bathing facilities with umbrella and two sunbeds and access to the hotel's two further swimming pools.

The apartment is equipped with TV, washing machine, private parking included, shared barbecue and swimming pool. This apartment offers free Wifi service and air conditioning.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- Small pets are allowed only the Studio 508 and in the Studio 626 with a supplement of € 30
- Deposit (mandatory): 150 euro (n° 626; n° 508 and 714); 200 euro (n° 801, 502, 614 e 807); refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- Air conditioning for a fee in apartment no. 502: € 7.00 per day
