Villa Anna is an apartment on the first floor with a private terrace and large common outdoor spaces, with private parking space, equidistant from Lido and Le Calanchiole

It offers many comforts, being part of a villa, where there are 3 other apartments. The property is immersed in a pine forest, our apartment is on the first, which guarantees it a lot of brightness and freshness (being a very ventilated area) compared to the apartments on the ground floor, it enjoys an exclusive terrace equipped for eating while the courtyard and the garden on the ground floor are common spaces.
It is also perfect for two couples of friends, or an extended family unit, thanks to the intimacy of the double bathroom. The location is idyllic, central to the two wonderful sandy coves of Lido and Calanchiole, where you can choose whether to spend an afternoon on one of the most equipped and popular beaches on the side, or take refuge in a wilder and more exclusive side cove. The area is surrounded by greenery which will guarantee you peace and relaxation, far from the noise of the city chaos. A slow pace, by the sea, where you can fully enjoy the moments of rest you need. We remind you that the Capoliveri coastal side is the largest on the island, and offers solutions for all tastes, as well as a very lively and refined centre, rich in tradition, events, clubs and restaurants just a few kilometers away.

The 2 bed-room apartment has a floor area of ​​approximately 75 m2 plus external areas, and consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, double bathroom.
Shared with the other apartments is a gazebo area where there is also a BBQ and a washing machine.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 are not permitted
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00 
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros, to be confirmed in advance of booking
- deposit (mandatory): 200,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- in the external space of the apartment or in the common areas of the house, parking for external vehicles of unregistered guests is prohibited
