In this exclusive setting, we offer a complex of four apartments, of which only two are currently available, located in a privileged position just 200 meters from the center of Capoliveri, just outside the pedestrian area. An ideal location that combines the convenience of being close to the village with the tranquility of a private setting, just steps away from the charming medieval center with its narrow streets, artisan shops, and authentic atmosphere.

The Spiaggia dell'Innamorata beach is about 4–5 km away, with a travel time of about 10 minutes.
The Spiaggia di Naregno beach is about 3 km away, about 10 minutes away. The Lido di Capoliveri is also about 3 km away, with a drive of about 10 minutes.
The Madonna delle Grazie area is about 1.5 km away, and can be reached in just a few minutes.

Apartment No. 3 (sleeps 4) is a bright and welcoming studio featuring a double bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and living area with two single beds, ideal for families or small groups.
Apartment No. 4 (sleeps 3) is a more intimate one-bedroom apartment with a double bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen-living area with an additional bed, perfect for couples or small families.

Both units are equipped with Wi-Fi, inverter air conditioning, and TV, ensuring modern comfort in a peaceful natural environment. Every detail is designed to offer an authentic stay between sea, nature, and the timeless magic of Capoliveri.

Important notes:

Groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed
Check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, check-out by 9:00 am; late check-in after 8:00 pm costs €50
Pets are not allowed
Security deposit (mandatory): €150, refunded after property inspection (if paid in cash, not refunded before 3:00 pm)
Bed and bath linen: €40 double set; €20 single set; not bookable on site
