The villa is located just 3.5 km from the centre of Capoliveri and 3 km from Porto Azzurro, in a strategic position but away from the hustle and bustle.

Surrounded by palms and Mediterranean nature, it offers well‑kept and welcoming spaces, ideal for a holiday as a couple or with family. The outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing al‑fresco: a shaded dining area, barbecue corner, sun‑loungers and a relaxation corner with armchairs and a small table. Here you can truly slow down the pace and enjoy the island’s authentic atmosphere.

At 1.5 km you’ll find the Golfo di Mola, while the enchanting coves of Barabarca and Zuccale are just 2 km away. If you prefer a larger beach, the Lido di Capoliveri is reachable within 5 minutes by car (just 3 km). And for days dedicated to exploration, the beaches of Pareti, Morcone, Madonna delle Grazie and Capo Perla are all within a radius of 6–6.5 km.

The villa can accommodate up to four people and is spread over two levels connected by a spiral staircase, for a total area of about 55 m² plus the outdoor areas. On the ground floor you’ll find the independent entrance which leads into the living room, a bright space with a double sofa‑bed, TV and dining area, beside a fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine. Completing this floor is a modern bathroom with shower box and hairdryer. On the basement level, accessible via the spiral staircase, is the double bedroom with TV and a small bedroom with two single sliding beds. All rooms are equipped with air‑conditioning and ceiling fans, to ensure comfort in every season. Outside, the private garden is furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, two sun‑loungers and a relaxation corner with armchairs and a small table; a barbecue is also available for pleasant outdoor moments.
