This is an idyllic area for lovers of nature, sandy beaches, and intimate places that are not too crowded. The beach a few hundred meters away, Campo All'Aia, is one of the largest on the island, and its seabed that slopes gently towards the open sea makes it perfect for families with children or for couples looking for crystal clear sea and a clear background. Despite being one of the top beaches on the island, it maintains a sought-after clientele, especially on the side where our villa is located, which is also convenient for reaching the Guardiola cove (700 meters), with its fine sand, its fresh water refreshed by a few stone on the seabed, and the poseidonia which makes the environment wild and perfect for lovers of authentic places. Within a radius of one km you can reach Procchio in the opposite direction, a famous seaside resort where there are beaches, bars, restaurants and all possible services.

Three-room apartment with one bedroom of 45 internal square meters + 25 of terrace for exclusive use, located on the first floor of a private property surrounded by a large shared garden. It consists of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed and equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning fee of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
