Three-room apartment 4 beds with bike friendly outdoor area in Pila, a hamlet between Marina di Campo and Procchio  

Apartment near the center of Marina di Campo, near the junction of the main artery that connects all the various towns. It is located in the inhabited hamlet "La Pila", much loved by those who prefer to travel by bicycle as it is a flat area. It is convenient for reaching both the seaside resorts of Procchio and Paolina on the north coast, and for those who want to move along the Costa del Sole, in the western part of the island. Just 8 km from Cavoli and 11 from Fetovaia, immerse yourself in the marvelous beaches of the Costa del Sole.

The 2 bed-room apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa; double room; bedroom with two single beds that can turn into a double bed; bathroom with shower cubicle; small storage room with entrance from the outside to store bicycles, keep beach equipment or other. The apartment overlooks a pedestrian street which gives access to only two houses and is therefore quiet. A small table is available that can be placed outside for eating out (not to be left on the street when not in use).

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 25 years of age are not permitted
- air conditioning €12 per day, on request, to be paid on site upon delivery of the keys
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- only small size animals with a fee of € 30 on the spot
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
