Pomonte is one of the most picturesque destinations on Elba Island, appreciated for its crystal-clear sea, pebble beaches, and typical Mediterranean landscapes. Situated at the foot of Mount Capanne, the village is easily accessible by car and offers an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a holiday surrounded by nature and tranquility.

The area is particularly popular among snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, and kitesurfing enthusiasts thanks to the thermal winds that characterize the southwestern side of the island. Another point of interest is the Elviscot shipwreck, a small cargo vessel that sank in 1972 after a violent storm and is now visible in the waters near the Ogliera Rock, just a short distance from the shore.

The apartment accommodates 2 to 4 guests and consists of a living area with a gas kitchen and bunk bed, a double bedroom with wardrobe and window, and a bathroom with shower, water heater, and window. A shared washing machine is available outside and shared with the neighboring apartment. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

The property does not have a private parking space; however, public paid parking areas are available approximately 50 meters away and can be easily reached on foot.

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM. A supplement of €30.00 is required for arrivals after 8:00 PM and must be paid directly to the owner.
Small pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €30.
Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00, refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property. If paid in cash, the refund will not be available before 3:00 PM.
Bed linen and towels provided by the owner: €40 per double set, even for single use (must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be booked on site).
