Type of accommodation:
Ginestra. A fully self-contained flat with a double room, a living room with a two-persons sofa bed and a well fitted kitchenette, a bathroom and a serene outdoor pergola covered space, with table and deckchairs, for alfresco dining.
Edera. A fully self-contained ground floor flat with a double room, a living room with a kitchenette and a two-persons sofa bed, a bathroom and a generous outdoor loggia space encouraging an amazing indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
Margherita. Situated on the first floor, the apartment has an independent access door to this charming two-roomed accommodation which in full comprises: a double room, a large and bright living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom, and two loggia terraces which create a comfortable, light-filled area.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
