We offer you a comfortable two-room apartment in the heart of Marina di Campo, just a few meters from the beach. Every day you can wake up to the scent of the sea and reach the shore in a few minutes on foot.

Marina di Campo is one of the liveliest places on the island of Elba: here you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday - clean sea, golden sand, services, restaurants and lots of fun. The beach is over a kilometer long and is also ideal for families with children, thanks to the presence of both equipped areas and free beach.

In the eastern part of the beach you will find a quieter area, with games for children and a pine forest where you can relax in the shade. And if you want to explore, in a few minutes you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Cavoli, Fetovaia and Seccheto.

Description of the apartment
The two-room apartment (about 55 square meters) is located on the first floor of a small, quiet building (without a lift), in a residential area. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

It is composed of:

• large living room with modern kitchen and double sofa bed;
• a spacious double bedroom;
• windowed bathroom with shower.

The apartment is bright, comfortable and perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday near the sea.

• Cavoli beach: 6 km
• Seccheto beach: 7 km
• Fetovaia beach: 10 km

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small medium / sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or can be brought from home; cannot be booked on site

For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property. Linen collection if rented at our offices in Marina di Campo or Portoferraio.
