The apartment is on the first floor, which is accessed via a private external staircase closed off by a small gate. It is made up of a living room with double sofa bed and dining area, double bedroom and bathroom with shower cubicle, as well as a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor. It is made up of a living room with double sofa bed and dining area, double bedroom and bathroom with shower cubicle and phon, as well as a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooking the large private garden.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- air conditioning is not usable
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.00 (ONLY IN THE APARTMENT WITH TERRACE, WHILE NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT ON THE GARDEN SIDE)
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
