The apartment is located in a small residence on the outskirts of Marina di Campo just 900 meters from the beautiful beach, perfect accommodation for those who want to spend a comfortable holiday but not too far from the sea and the city centre.
It is among the most famous tourist resorts on the Island of Elba and offers opportunities for everyone; the sandy beach where there are both free stretches and equipped establishments is ideal for families with children or young people thanks to its shops, restaurants and clubs open until late at night. The location allows you to enjoy your holiday in complete tranquility and relaxation, in the countryside of Campo nell'Elba, with large open spaces designed with every comfort, close to the main artery that connects the town center to the marvelous inlets of the Costa del Sole: Fetovaia, Cavoli and Seccheto or in San Piero in Campo, a hilly area favored by hikers and cyclists.

The 40m2 apartment is located on the raised ground floor. It is made up of a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, a small double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The strong point of this apartment is its large outdoor spaces and the comforts it offers, where you can finally change your pace by relaxing on the equipped porch overlooking the large private garden, with an outdoor grill for outdoor dining, or the outdoor shower perfect for your return from the sea.
The 4 bicycles made available to guests, given the proximity to the center (800 meters) and its connection via a purely flat road, are the icing on the cake!

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- only small pets allowed (maximum 1) with a 30 euro cleaning supplement (the internal part is completely fenced, also ideal for travelers with small pets)
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
