It is divided internally on two levels connected by a spiral staircase, and located just outside the town of Marina di Campo almost in the country and very quiet but only 700 m. from the old town. There is a lving room on the ground floor along with the kitchen and also a utility room with a washing machine and toilet, while on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The house is fully air conditioned, with parking and is very nicely decorated. Outside there is a large garden for guests to use with sun loungers and a sun terrace.
