Our two-room apartment boasts an incredible location, directly on the seafront of Marina di Campo, in one of its main squares. You don't need many words to describe the main town of the island: sea, sun, services and fun. More than a kilometer long, with its golden sandy beach that slopes gently towards the sea, it is ideal for families with children; it offers both a free beach and a large stretch of equipped beach. To the east you will find the wildest part of the beach, equipped with games for children, and a beautiful pine forest will guarantee you shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. You are near the white beaches of the Costa del Sole, the marvelous Cavoli, Fetovaia and Seccheto. In the same square, we offer two other apartments, called Brezza Marina.

Bright one bed-room apartment located on the third floor of a small building without lift, modern and equipped with every comfort, it has a large living room with kitchen and double sofa bed (ideal for 1 adult or two children), double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (family welcome)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
