Each one bed-room apartment sleeps 2/5 and can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children under the age of 12. Apartment N. 5 is larger and on two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people

The one-room apartment 1 and the one bed-room apartment 2 are located on the ground floor.
Both consist of a triple bedroom (double with third bed) and a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside, the property is completed by a large loggia equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation, with a view of the valley and the sea.

The one bed-room apartment 3 and the one bed-room apartment 4 are located on the first floor.
The apartment 3 is made up of a triple bedroom (double with third bed) and a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
While the two-room apartment 4 consists of a triple bedroom (double with single pouf bed) and a living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The property of both includes a large terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, overlooking the valley and the sea.

Apartment 5, it is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with large built-in kitchen and double sofa bed, on the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a large bathroom with tub/shower. Wide open spaces, including an equipped loggia on the ground floor and a habitable terrace on the first floor. You will be pampered by rustic Tuscan-style environments, terracotta floors, exposed arches, solid wood furniture.

Important information:
- Minimum check-in age is 21 years old (for young people group)
- The rental must be for a maximum of 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children under 12 years old
- Check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; Check-in after 8 p.m. has a supplement of €50.00
- It is not possible to use the grill
- Animals are not allowed
- Deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on site
