Comfortable apartment ideal both for families given the presence of a quadruple room and for two couples of friends as there is a double bathroom. It is located within a private property, located near the center of Marina di Campo (3 km), near the junction of the main artery that connects all the various slopes.
It is convenient for reaching both the seaside resorts of Procchio (3 km) and Paolina on the north coast, and for those who want to move along the Costa del Sole, in the western part of the island. The center of Marina di Campo, which is particularly lively in the summer and full of cultural and musical events, offers a perfect holiday from all points of view: a picturesque street full of shops and bars, a long golden sandy beach equipped with all comforts, a promenade for an evening stroll where you can enjoy typical dinners based on local fish!

Comfortable one bed-room apartment of about 80 square meters (for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children) all arranged on one floor. The property is accessed from a large paved outdoor area to the living area, consisting of a large living room with sofa bed, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a quadruple family room, a double room with a double bunk bed. Double bathroom, inside the room with both tub and shower; second bathroom with shower located between bedroom and living area. It develops all over one floor, ground, and offers a large enclosed courtyard, and a piece of land that is very useful for a possible mooring.

- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children
- check-in in our Campo offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros on cleaning (maximum 1 large size, or 2 small ones)
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
