Two apartments of about 55 square meters plus veranda, surrounded by a large garden, 5 minutes' walk from the beach, practically in the center of Marina di Campo, a truly unique position for the convenience and tranquility of the place. The discreet and punctual hospitality of the two owners adds a note of efficiency to this truly unique accommodation for Marina di Campo.
The structure has two entrances, the main and the secondary, the secondary overlooks via degli albarelli and from there the beach is just 550 m away.

Pepe N. 1
The three-room apartment is part of a well-kept semi-detached house both inside and out, it has a large fenced common green area where you can accommodate your four-legged friend and where children can play freely and safely. The interior consists of a living room-kitchen with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with sofa bed which can be either a double or with two single beds that can be joined together, a bathroom with shower cabin. Outside, a pergola and a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Pepe N. 2
Completely independent room with wooden pergola and use of the large common garden. The interior is made up of a living room that opens onto the veranda with kitchenette and a bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two joinable beds, a bathroom with shower cabin.

Important Notes:
Inside the property there are three small, well-behaved dogs belonging to the owners, for your information.

- the rental must take place for a maximum of 5 people, of which a maximum of 4 adults
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (family welcome)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small/medium-sized pets allowed with a cleaning fee of €30
- paid washing machine, 3 euro per coin
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros

Bed linen and towels
are not included and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or brought from home.

• The set includes both sheets and towels.

Security deposit
The security deposit will be refunded within a few days after the end of the stay.
Payment can be made in cash, will be returned at the time of departure if after 3:00 pm (time needed for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card is also possible, but release times depend on your bank’s procedures.
