Moreover, in less than 5 minutes by car you can reach two of the most beautiful and well-equipped sandy beaches on Elba Island, also ideal for families with children.

The property consists of two adjacent apartments: a spacious and functional one-bedroom apartment and a newer studio, also ideal as an additional independent solution.

The one-bedroom apartment (up to 5 guests) features a large covered outdoor area of about 40 sqm, equipped with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. Inside there is a spacious double bedroom (with the possibility of adding a third bed), and an open-plan living room with equipped kitchen and double sofa bed. The kitchen includes gas stove, freezer and microwave. The apartment also offers TV, air conditioning (hot/cold) in both bedroom and living room, and a bathroom with shower. Ground floor access with only two steps. Private parking space included. Washing machine and barbecue are shared and located about 30 meters away.

The studio apartment sleeps 2 with approximately 16m2 of usable surface area and a 9m2 covered terrace, connected but independent, is newer and well-maintained. It includes a double sofa bed, new bathroom with shower, small wardrobe, TV and freezer. There is no air conditioning, but thanks to its position and natural ventilation, it remains comfortable even in summer. It also features a large outdoor area with table and chairs, private parking space, and access to shared washing machine and barbecue.

Minimum age for check-in: 21 years (youth groups), families welcome
If using the BBQ, it must be left clean after each use; otherwise €50 will be deducted from the security deposit
Small/medium pets allowed with an extra cleaning fee of €30
Security deposit (mandatory): €200, refunded at the end of the stay after inspection (cash deposits refunded after 3:00 pm)
Bed linen and towels: €40.00 for a double bed, also for single use, €20.00 for a single bed (to be requested at the time of booking); cannot be booked on site
Check-in: 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm; check-out by 9:00 am. Late check-in after 8:00 pm: €50 extra
