The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are 3 parking spaces in the building for 4 apartments (one of the apartments is also a second home, so it is not always occupied).

• Pets allowed (max 25 kg). We love animals, and small/medium-sized pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €30.
• Deposit: €150 (mandatory). A gesture of mutual trust: The deposit will be refunded within a few days after your stay. We recommend paying in cash, especially if departing after 3:00 PM (cleaning time), or by bank transfer.
