Its central location within a residential area, nearby the beach and the amazing promenade (only 200 m. away from it), doesn’t preclude seclusion and stillness and benefits from the shade of tall trees. Nautilus four well-lit and roomy self-contained units, accommodating up to 5 people, have a spacious double bedroom which can accommodate an extra bed (free and by prior arrangement), a large bathroom with a shower cubicle, plus a living room (with access to the outdoor loggia) with plenty of space, a kitchenette and a double sofa-bed. Half on the first floor, and half on the ground floor, they are all fully equipped and include and outside space for alfresco eating and relaxing time.
