We offer our guests a three-room apartment in a building in the historic center of Marina di Campo, the most sought-after tourist resort on the island of Elba. The country offers opportunities for everyone; the sandy beach where there are both free sections and equipped establishments, is ideal for families with children and for a relaxing holiday, for young people and for those who love nightlife, it is undoubtedly the right location , with its shops, restaurants and clubs open until late at night. The apartment is not even 100 meters from the sea, you can also reach in a few kilometers the wonderful coves of the Costa del Sole (Cavoli 6 km, Seccheto 6.5 km and Fetovaia 10 km).

Spacious apartment on the first floor and composed of a living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, dining area and sitting area, a first double bedroom with access to the balcony, a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom, second bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
